The final member of the cast who is new to being involved with one of our productions is Mark Topping. Mark, who lives in the Forest of Dean, has stepped into the role of Bernard Woolley. Since 2007 Mark has been touring England, Wales and Ireland playing John Wesley in An Evening With John Wesley. He tours the country too with the passion play, Impossible God, in which Mark plays a host of characters, including servants, soldiers and disciples.
He has played James Lynch in Eastwood Hoe! at Applegarth Theatre and in Che Guevara and The Summer of Love at The King’s Theatre in Gloucester. He has appeared on BBC television as John Wesley in both Flog It! And Songs of Praise. He is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 2’s Pause for Thought.
